We recently had a death in our family after a very long illness. This person suffered enough and Spirit decided it was time to take her Home. I’m still reviewing in my mind how things lined up on that day. I need to pause and assess. It’s OK to stop now and then. Just sit. Wait. Do nothing. I find when I’m scattered or can feel my energy is “off” in some way, it’s a message to just BE for a while. I go back to what grounds me. However, it’s also a time when I need to really listen to inner guidance as to WHY I’m in this place. I ask what do I need to know in this moment….and then listen.
